Frank Waxman FCA - Senior Partner
I am one of the Senior Partners and joint founder of the practice, having qualified in 1967. I am responsible for a number of substantial property groups, an area in which I have considerable expertise. I also specialise in general accountancy, taxation and auditing.
Nigel Freedman FCCA
I qualified in 1977 and became a partner in Elliot, Woolfe & Rose in 1986. I am responsible for a wide range of clients, from small businesses to substantial companies. I am also well experienced in the preparation of business plans and cashflow forecasts.
Stephen Seifert BA Econ (Hons) FCA
I qualified in 1991 and progressed to audit manager with Price Waterhouse. I joined Elliot, Woolfe & Rose in 1992 and was admitted as a general audit partner in 1996. I am responsible for overall audit and technical compliance and have a portfolio of small to large businesses. I also advise on clients’ computerised accounting systems and management reporting.
Mark Horsnell BA (Hons) FCA FCCA
I qualified in 1988, joined Elliot, Woolfe & Rose in 1994 and was admitted as a partner in 1998, specialising in providing audit, accountancy and taxation services to small and medium-sized owner-managed businesses. I am also responsible for the control of the firm’s computerised self-assessment tax return system and our IT department.
Our Insolvency Practice
Melvyn Rose FCA MABRP - Senior Partner
I qualified in 1972 and am a joint founder of the practice. I specialise in all areas of Insolvency, having been instrumental in setting up and developing the Insolvency department. I hold an Insolvency licence (from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and am authorised to accept all forms of appointment in Insolvency matters. I have developed our bespoke computerised systems for case management and controls. I also advise clients on business requirements, including recovery and development.
