Our Insolvency Services
We understand that every situation can be distressing, but, however difficult it seems at the time, can be professionally resolved.
Because we consider all alternatives on a one-to-one basis, we can advise on appropriate measures to resolve the problem for the benefit of all parties concerned and to ensure that the requirements of Insolvency Legislation are adhered to.
We are keenly aware that “time is often of the essence” and, therefore, we are available for immediate consultation and advice. We offer an initial free meeting/consultation, to advise on the position and options, followed by formal recommendations on solutions.
In all formal insolvency proceedings, an office-holder is required to be appointed, who must be a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, to administer the proceedings. Melvyn L Rose - one of our Senior Partners - is licensed as an Insolvency Practitioner by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Whilst our first concern is to establish if the ongoing position can be properly resolved (and, if possible, a rescue/restructuring plan can be established and accomplished), we recognise that a proper (and controlled) conclusion of the financial difficulties might well be in everybody’s interests.
